Do not try to pick on any existing acne as picking on the acne is the major reason for acne scars.

Accutane is an acne solution that can have serious birth defects and is thus, not to be used during pregnancy. In fact, the birth defects caused by accutane are so severe that there are strict laws laid down for the use of accutane.
There are a large number of acne products that are available online. Products that have tetracycline, salicyclic acid, Isotrentinoin and Tretinon are a strict no during pregnancy. Do not use any of these products during pregnancy or while you are nursing your baby. Do consult your medical practitioner before using any of the acne solution.

Pregnancy is definitely not the time to experiment with acne products. Most pregnancy acne actually gets cured as your pregnancy progresses as a result of the increase in estrogen levels.
